At Olympia Medical Center we are all committed to
providing you the highest quality patient care. We consider
anything less than “completely satisfied” as a failure.
We want to make sure you leave Olympia Medical Center
completely satisfied with your care. If you have any
questions or concerns, please contact your primary nurse
or charge nurse. They will do everything they can to
answer questions or respond to concerns you may have
immediately. You may also contact our patient relations
representative at extension 5094. During evenings or
weekends the house supervisor may be contacted by
calling the hospital operator by dialing “0.” If you are not
completely satisfied with the care you are receiving we
want to hear from you!
