Seasons Program - Facing the Challenges of Aging
Reflections: A comprehensive mental health program
which provides psychiatric services in an outpatient setting. Our program is designed specifically for older adults who may be suffering from multiple losses, bereavement, major depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety and other mental health problems. We provide a variety of services including a structured intensive outpatient program, support groups, individual, couple and family therapy groups, and consultations.
Our multi-disciplinary staff consists of highly qualified geropsychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed clinical social workers, marriage family therapists, and expressive arts and music therapists, who are all dedicated to providing quality care for older adults. We coordinate care with the patient’s family, medical doctors, board and care staff and any other significant people in the patients life. Our goal is to help the patient regain the skills necessary to live a healthy and independent life.
