Admissions
 Your physician or health care provider will make arrangements for your admission to Olympia Medical Center. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our concierge who will escort you to admitting. The admitting representative will assist you with all the necessary documents and information that you will need:
1) Consent for care/release of information/assignment of insurance benefits
2) Notice of Privacy (see Notice of Privacy Practices for more information)
Olympia Medical Center accepts a comprehensive range of health insurance coverage including:
- Medicare
- Private Insurance
- Most Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO's)
- Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO's)
Based on your health plan you may be responsible for a co-payment or deductible. This is due on the day of admission/procedure.
Please bring your insurance cards and picture ID (Drivers License, or California ID)
