Will be stationed in main lobby of the acute hospital, greets patients, visitors, vendors and staff.  Acts as a resource for inquiries regarding hospital services, departments, etc.  Provides excellent customer service support.

High school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one to two years' front lobby or office experience, previous hospital or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.  Proven problem solving skills, as well as communication skills.  Will acknowledge, greet and assist; visitors, vendors and internal customers.  Must demonstrate the organizations behavioral standards by, being polite, courteous, and friendly to help make great first impressions.  Will assist with come clerical duties, as well as helping keep the lobby neat and organized.  This is a full-time position and the hours are: 5am - 1:30pm.
