The Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the daily activities of all nursing staff and clinical service department personnel to ensure the delivery of quality care and care management to all members.  These duties also include providing effective distribution and utilization of personnel with emphasis on staffing for nursing areas by coordinating work schedules and shift coverage.  Acts as a resource person and problem solver in the areas of patient care and administration, interpreting, enforcing and augmenting all nursing department policies and procedures.  Requires a combination of strong clinical skills and judgment with the ability to lead and director staff nurses.
